Our buyer’s program includes an initial interview to make a profile to assists us with getting properties that meet the buyer’s needs.  If you are an out-of-town buyer, we will preview the homes for you, make a virtual tour and e-mail it to you for you to review.  If you need to be qualified  for a mortgage loan, we will supply you with a list of local mortgage brokers for you to consider.  We will supply as much information as possible concerning the neighborhood, schools, medical facilities and stores.  Once an offer is made and accepted, we will make sure that the home inspections, termite inspections are done in a prompt manner and we will work with the Title company to bring this transaction to a happy closing.
